Tamuka had the opportunity to attend the H.E.R Story Dinner and Dance Networking Gala hosted by MaryOlga Broewer on Saturday, 28th September 2024 in South Normanton.
The event kicked off with an electric energy as women from various backgrounds took the stage to share their journeys. From entrepreneurs who built their businesses from the ground up, to advocates who are dedicating lives to making a difference, each speaker reminded us of the power that lies within every woman. One recurring theme was resilience—the ability to rise again after every setback.
A Celebration of Strength
Hearing their stories reaffirmed that success is rarely a straight path. It’s filled with twists, turns, and moments of doubt. But through it all, these women demonstrated that the strength to persevere and thrive is often born out of those challenges… “Yes Yes!!”
It was refreshing to see women celebrating each other’s achievements and offering a hand to help lift others up. Every woman who spoke, no matter her background, echoed the sentiment that believing in yourself is the first step toward achieving greatness.
In line with our Tamuka ethos of Connection, Collaboration and Cohesion, this event was a reminder that there is real power in coming together and supporting each other. We all need to show up not just for ourselves but for others.
Huge thanks to MaryOlga for bringing us together! We are looking forward to H.E.R Story 2025!
